EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY (NO REFUNDS):

We want our Bridal Accessories by Rendy M. clients to be very happy with their purchase. We do allow exchanges ONLY. It is very important to reach out to us within 48 hours from receiving your package so that we can accommodate you. We only allow 7 days for you to return your item(s) back to us from the time it was delivered. We must receive your items in perfect condition to be eligible for an exchange. So please make sure to pack it well and use a courier method with tracking to ensure receiving the items within the policy timeframe.

 

Exchanges are handled as follows: 

  • Reach out to us within 48 hours from the delivery of your package.
  • The items must be returned to us and received within 7 days of your delivery date to accommodate your exchange.
  • Send back the items with the original packing materials. Make sure you pack the items very well so it does not get damaged during shipping.
  • Buyer is responsible for costs of sending back the package to us. Please use a shipping method with a tracking system to ensure delivery. Please email us the tracking information so we can keep an eye for it.
  • We carry some of the items in stocks. In case an item is out of stock, it will take 1 to 4 weeks for the item to be sent to you. This will depend on the design. We will reach out to you within 2 business days to let you know.
  • The new exchanged items have to be of equal or higher value of the original purchase.
  • Once the returned items are received in perfect condition, we will initiate the exchange process.
  • If the items are damaged, have been worn or received after 7 days of the delivery date, the order will not be eligible for an exchange and will be returned to you.
  • Only one (1) exchange will be accommodated.
  • We will ship the new exchanged item(s) back to you free of charge.
  • We will honour the original discounts or promotions that were available at the time of your original purchase.
  • Please be aware that shipping delays could occur due to weather or COVID-19. So please plan your purchase early.
